State field on REQ is not getting updated using flow designer

Hi All,

I am using a flow designer for service catalog creation

On the RITM, there is an approval group, so once after someone approves the RITM, catalog task is generated. Below is the flow.

If RITM is approved then I am creating a catalog task and also updating the RITM record state with Closed complete

For the catalog task - if I change the state to close complete , then RITM state is also changed to Close complete, but REQ is still in the Open state.

Could you please guide me where I was wrong in the flow.

You will need to make use of Flow stages.
