Update Set Scan Finding for Scheduled Report

Hi community,
We have a scheduled report that was automatically sent to users at 11 am daily, but whenever i perform update set scan, then there are finding came with the Description and resolution details mentioned in below screenshot. Please help how to resolve this, any suggestions.

There is no way to resolve this error without disabling the scheduled report entirely. The goal of this check is just to ensure that you are aware each time you setup a new report to be exported from the instance. From a platform perspective, the more data leaving the instance, the more risk there is in that data being mis-used or mis-understood, so our goal is to always direct users to reports or dashboards directly in the system.
That said, it is not inherently bad to schedule reports to send given it is a valid requirement and the use of the report is well defined.
