User unsubscribe email from servicenow

Hi,

 

User is not able to receive email from servicenow when the incident is created. I could see the logs that the email is received. CAn you confirm what could be the reason. If the user unsubscribe email then how to redo it?

1. Please check the emails, is the user has been configured or not?

2. Ask user to go to profile -- Preferences -- Notifications
