field text gray color need to change to different

As Shown in the Above Figures 

 

When i move the cursor to any field text box it's showing some gray color, I need to change that color to different color in the form and i take off the cursor from text box then it need to be show white color.


Is it possible in service now, If possible, how can I achieve.
