VA user query CI check with Major incident CI and dependant impacted CIs

Hello Techies,

I am looking for solutioning the Virtual Agent Major incident check where it searches user query CI against the major Alerts/ Outages CIs and also go through internal check of impacted CIs too.

Any help will be appreciated.
