Why the Dashboard breakdown filter not working for PA widgets?

Hello,

I have created the PA dashboard and added breakdown source "Company" to filter my dashboard visualization.

Everything on dashboard looks good, also Checked the "Collect Breakdown Matrix" and its working fine.But while changing the Company filter in breakdown source on dashboard is not making any change in widget display.

Any Help is appreciated in advance.

The breakdown that you have created, have you created both a automated breakdown and a breakdown source? Have you added the automated breakdown to all indicators, formula indicators etc.? Have you added the breakdown element on the dashboard?

I am facing similar kind of issue and yes I have created all necessary automated breakdown and breakdown source and added to the indicators. But still the filter does seems to change anything in the widget,
Any suggestions please ?

Have you ran a data collection job where your new breakdown are mapped to your automated indicators / formula indicators?

Yes, I have run the data collection job. My automated breakdown (Application Services) is added to both, the automated indicator (Summed duration of Application Services in outage table) as well as the formula indicator (calculating % of availability). The widget I am using is Breakdown Scorecard widget (attached snapshot) with the same breakdown that is added to both the indicators. However, when I select some Application Service from the Dashboard Breakdown Source, the widget only shows a small filter icon but is actually not filtering the elements.
