Is it possible to control what fields are in this list? Can we add fields to it?

@thomasawhit Please follow the below steps for the record in which you want to add/remove the fields.
1. Navigate to the record (backend/native UI) and select the "Service Operations Workspace" view,
2. Existing list of fields on the "Field Changes",
3. Let me add a new field "Resolution Notes" from the available list.
