Adding new fields in Contact Sub Header in Service Operations Workspace

In Service Operations Workspace, I am trying to modify the Contact Card in Record Information tab.

The current Contact Card, displays the Contact Title. Along with title, need to display department info.

 

How should we go ahead with this change?

 

Few options which I tried:

1. UI Builder -> Create duplicate variant of Record Information SNC and modified the CallerContactField Client Script but the change does not reflect.

2. Modified SOWIncidentInfo Script Include but how to include the new variable in UI?
