Hello,
I have installed Next experience for AI search plugin. I'm trying to activate Genius results in SOW Global search. However, it is not displaying Genius results card when I search for any knowledge or catalog. I have AI search on ITSP portal as well there the AI search is displaying Genius results for the queries. However, in SOW it is not getting displayed. Enclosed herewith screenshots. Please advice if I missed something. Thank you.

Not sure if this will work, but can you verify if the EVAM config is there?
- Navigate to EVAM Definition table [sys_ux_composite_data]
- Open 'AI Search for Next Search SOW'
- In the 'EVAM Datasource M2Ms' related list, click 'Link Existing'
- Select 'Genius Result Data Source' in 'Datasource' field and submit

Have you verified if there is Genius Results is set up for the SOW Search Profile? (and set to true)

Thank you for your response. Yes this is Active and I have tried with Q&A, order 300 and also Q&A - Now Assist for search, order 100. It doesn't work.
