Hello,
In SOW , in 'My Lists' section if i click on 'Create new List' and then add a list - Shared with me and opened by link is automatically added, is there any way to hide it or is it intended. and is there any way we can edit the list that we create as there is no option to edit.
I have attached screenshot. Does anyone has any way to configure this ?
Thank you!

we can't edit.
you will have to delete that and create new one as per your personal preference.

Hello @SS1510 ,
I checked that , but this option is not visible in xanadu(means I think that 2 list components are getting created after xanadu version). The delete option that in your screenshot is for deleting whole list . I dont think so we can directly remove that both ootb list componets .
If this helps you then mark it as helpful and accept as solution.
Regards,
Aditya

Hello @SS1510 ,
For creating a list navigate to "sys_ux_list_menu_config" > select : Default SOW :
You will see the list which are present ootb, for creating new click on New :
Then in that record create UX List (the records you want to filter and display):
Now the list will be visible to admin, If you want to give the visibility to users :
The navigate "sys_ux_applicability" for giving access :
also for merging both the config & applicability navigate to "sys_ux_applicability_m2m" :
If my response helped mark as helpful and accept the solution.

Thursday
Sure you can!
If you have created a list in My List and then want modifications with filters and / or headers, make the modifications and then save it using the ellipsis next to the name in the list. I have done this many times and checked it just now and it worked.
We're in Zurich. I believe in Yokohama this did not work this way. You had to save and it created a second saved version in the Saved filters drop down, which was easy to miss and annoying. I have been preparing SOW training before and after upgrade to Z. In my original video, I taught it the Yoko way and had to change it. I considered it a glitch, so I'm glad it's gone.
Here's something that I just discovered which will also make me change my training:
Use Default List to create the list. You can then save it and it will be in My Lists.
I wonder how many use Tasks and then find items from multiple tables? It's wonky, but can work with some configuring.
