Customize PIR tiles and questions in Service Operations Workspace

Hi All,

 

We would like to introduce new questions in new tiles (and hide-show logic related to them) into Major incident Post Incident Report in Service Operations Workspace. What is the best way to achieve this? I've found the UI Page 'post_incident_report' which creates the iFrame, but we would like to keep it untouched.
