Update contact card information of a user for interaction, incident,pbm,change in sow

Hi Team,

I want to update the contact information of user in sow record information. I want to display extra details to the existing values. Could you please suggest how to do it.

PFA screenshot highlighted in yellow, where I want to display some more information along with the existing information.

Below are the steps I tried to achieve this.

1. Took a copy of the SRP Record page and updated the order to low value compared to OOB page.

2. Took a copy of Record Information page and updated the order to low value compared to OOB page.

3. Tried updating 'callercontactfield' client script as shown below

Please suggest where i need to do the modifications
