Display History (with calendar and list) in the context menu of an incident in SOW

Do you know if it’s possible to display the history of an incident in Service Operation Workspace? In the back-office, I can see that operators with the ITIL role have this option :

I would like to have the same feature in Service Operation Workspace :

@Marie Da Piedad Do we have any impact on the performance if we implement this by getting the audit history table to the related list. 

In the classic ui, the audit history is on demand, but here it will be coming all the times. So do you see any impact with this implementation.

It hasn't in our case and I believe it should only fetch the data if selected.

We have been running this configuration for a long time now.

Also, may be did you have any taught of adding the filter condition for the audit history to shows the history for last 12 months created. (just giving a taught because there might be scenario- an INC/PRB was created two years back and it might have huge changes to the fields that might have Audit true, and showing them by default as a whole in the SOW will be little impact) - This might be 1 in 10000 scenarios but just thinking little different.

As far as i know, we cannot add any filter conditions as default for the Audit history.

A filter option for example of last 12 months is not something we considered, as you say it would be for a very rare occurrence I imagine.

However, in the Classic UI, there is a Set as Default Filter option for a list (that may or may not carry over to SOW) . Maybe that's an option to evaluate and test.

Just as final observation, in SOW, the Record lists are paginated anyway.
