How can I get this box in record information tab into request

Hi everyone,

 

As you can see in the photo, on an incident in the SOW there is a box that shows recent interactions, assigned assets and recent incidents. Does anyone know how I could mimic a similar thing but for request?

Did you get what you are looking for liking the new card in the record information. Even i am looking for the same thing.
