How can we add new custom sections under Change Overview tab in Service Operations Workspace

HI there,

Is there any way to add new custom sections under change overview tab of SOW?

I want to add fields which are available under Details tab to Overview tab. Please share any documentation which can be referred to achieve this.

it basically is rendered using this view on CHG table.

Hi @Ankur Bawiskar ,

Unfortunately  as like other SOW views, even after editing Change Overview view am not able to see those fields in Change Overview tab. 

When I tried to create new overview card, Change overview becomes blank

Could you please share any small example where you added a new field under Change Overview

Yes I tried. There are some default containers which we can activate but how can we create new?
