How to edit SOW home page workspace

I have to edit the homepage of Service operation workspace--

1. On the SOW home page add a new tab after Your Work and Your team's Work, named Unassigned work and under that we have to create a new widget

2.On the Your Work tab:

4.Can we add quick links to appear across a specific role?

Does anyone has any idea how to configure these ?

it's a platform analytics dashboard rendered on SOW Landing page

You can add New tab or add new data visualization in existing tabs in that and it will reflect in SOW landing page

Steps: Ensure you are in correct scope "Service Operations Workspace ITSM Common"

1) open this URL for that platform analytics dashboard "Overview"

2) then click the Edit and Add New Tab using + icon and add Data Visualization you want and click Save

Output: New tab and data visualization seen on SOW Landing page

When i copy the overview and then made changes then it is saving, did you duplicate the overview dashboard ?

I didn't duplicate it.

I simply edited the original one in correct scope
