How to share list in Service Operations Workspace

Hi there,

I wanted to understand, is it feasible to share list shown under widgets of landing page of Service Operations Workspace?

On landing page, we have migrated to PAR Dashboard, and we have different widgets for Incidents, RITMs etc.

Is it possible to share this list to others like we share on platform with URLs

Thanks!

Yes @Narayan K

it is possible, you can test it easily, go to the location which you would like to share, then copy the URL.

Open a new tab, paste it there and see where it is linking you to.

To share a link, simply share the URL or from the SOW list click this:

And it does the same thing.

However from your screenshot it seems that you are in a dashboard and dashboards have different rules for sharing > on the right upper corner click sharing and add a role, group, individuals, ... to share with.

Please let me know if this helped to solve your issue

Hi @Ankur Bawiskar , so requestor wants to share list of particular incidents which he can see the below donuts. I can't see any option to share the list. Also, URL does not contain any list sys ids in SOW landing page
