Please suggest how to achieve the below requirement on Service Operations Workspace.

How to update "Comments and Worknotes" fields colors on incident for Service Operations Workspace as mentioned attached screenshot.

you want the color to change in compose section or on form in SOW?

Hi @Ankur Bawiskar ,

you see the below screenshot in that there was fields 'comments and worknotes ' they should be light orange and light blue colors as per the customer requirment.

it should work as per the docs

If not then raise a case with ServiceNow

I tried but it didn't work either

this cannot be achieved in Workspace for journal fields

check the response received from ServiceNow on case raised by @jean-pauldehaas  

Work notes field yellow/gold in SOW before saving
