Is it possible to auto populate To & CC fields of email in Service Operations workspace

Hi there,

 

I wanted to auto populated "To" field with Requested for user & "CC" - Assigned to user in compose section of Incident in Service Operations workspace? Is it possible to achieve?

you can use email client template on incident table and add the TO and CC and pick it from any field

Something like this

Hi @Ankur Bawiskar 

Is there any way to autopopulate the recipients? I tried to follow the steps that you've given but it didn't autopopulate.. It only autopopulate the subject..
