Opened field missing on overiew tab for Incident in SOW

Since upgrading to Xanadu, the Opened field on the Summary tab for an Incident in SOW is missing. It should be located in the left column, between Number and State. Here's a screenshot of the form:
I checked the form config for SOW-Incident-Overview, and it looks like the field should be there.
I must be looking in the wrong place. Can someone offer some guidance or suggestions to get this field to show up?

I could see that Opened field is available in Out of the Box Xanadu Version of SOW.
Can you please check if there is any Client Script or UI Policy which is hiding this field? Please extend your search to UI Policy scripts too.

Thanks for the response. The only UI Policy applying to that field is "Make fields read-only on close". That policy doesn't affect the visibility of the field, and my example incident is Open, so that's not applying. There aren't any client scripts that I can see for this field.
I was able to add the "created" field to the form so I know I'm looking at the right view (SOW-Incident-Overview). I copied the form (actually, the sys_ui_section) from my PDI but that was the same so there's no change.
I agree with you that there's got to be something hiding the field. Any other suggestions on where to look or what to check?
