remove the "New" UI action from the Related Attachments tab in the Service Operations Workspace.

I need to hide or remove the "New" UI action from the Related Attachments tab in the Service Operations Workspace. Even after disabling the UI action in sys_attachment, the UI action still appears. Could someone please help me?

This Action assignment does not exist in the customer instance.
