Service Operation records Not opening in Workspace view

Hi experts
We have created a separate dashboards for showing Incidents records assigned to particular teams. Some reports are scores and some are lists. However, whenever we click on any report, it is redirected to the platform.
We want agents to stay in the Service Operations workspace. But as we click on any report, it goes to platform lists. Rather we want to see the lists in the platform. Plus if any particular record is clicked, we want that record to be displayed in the same workspace, but in a different tab. We thought it's a default behavior of the workspace, but looks like it isn't.
We tried creating pages and defined custom URLs. we tried putting those URL and pages names in the Reports 'Chart interaction' section. It's not helping. I'm sure we're missing something.
