Hi
When a incident open on service operation workspace it open in "Overview" tab automatically, but I want default tab should be "Details".
I have change the order of the overview from UX App Routes table in servicenow.
But it is not working.
Can anyone help me to configure it.

Vivi - please use the feedback in Now Create if you find things to fix. The feedback routes directly to the teams working on Now Create and speeds up the process. Thanks again for the feedback , it looks like both docs pages are active but one is more up to date. I have asked the internal teams to look at that.

Just to understand, the official recommendation now for how to re-order the tabs on the SOW is to create a copy of the OOB SRP record page and modify that?
When I created a copy of that page it created 25 records in the update set for various parts of this new page. I suspect this will mean that for each upgrade I will need to review 25(!) more skipped records, and really I will likely need to go back and delete the existing copy and create a new one to accommodate any new changes that were introduced. This is not a good developer experience. These sort of trivial settings should be maintained in a place that doesn't require so much upkeep.

I tried using the steps outlined in that document, but it says there's a read-only policy now on that record. How would you suggest I edit the default tab?

@Aniket15 Its not showing in the documentation but do I need to create a variant of this page just to change the default tab?
