@preethika2  At what time you are getting this error? is it conditional? if yes, on what condition this is coming out?

Try to clear cache and check.. Try to login in different browser

we have cleared the cache also, Even then we are facing this issue. While we change the default condition and save the filter, filter is getting updated, but we receive the above error while editing in the list view

Hi @preethika2,

Error serializing conditions to a query. If this issue persists please contact your system admin. — usually points to problems in filter conditions being malformed or not serializable to a GlideRecord query.

  • Check If any condition is incomplete, invalid, or refers to an unsupported field or operator.

Troubleshooting:

  • Remove all filters and reapply.
  • Check if there are any dynamic filters - Assignment group (is dynamic) One of my groups.
  • Try removing that and give a specific group name.

If it is not throwing the error on giving a specific group name, dynamic filter might be the issue, try modifying it or share a screenshot of the same. Check if someone has accidentally updated it from OOTB configuration.
