Service Operations Workspace – Inbox collapses when accepting an MSI (Walk-up/Chat) after Zurich upg

After upgrading to Zurich, the Inbox in Service Operations Workspace collapses automatically whenever an agent accepts a Walk-up/Chat (MSI). It used to stay pinned. Is there a way to stop the Inbox from collapsing? Please let me know
