Wrap Up Code- Configuration

Hi,
I'm trying to configure wrap up code for interaction but it is not working as expected.
When I'm clicking on END CHAT UI action button on SOW the chat automatically gets closed and I don't see the wrap up pop up.Below are the screenshot

This includes verifying that the appropriate wrap up codes are defined and associated with the relevant interaction records. Additionally, check the UI action settings for the End Chat button to confirm that it is correctly triggering the wrap up process....
