Hi, unfortunately a partial screenshot doesn't provide any clear details of your issue.
What URL is the browser taking you to?
How exactly did you get to this page\url, what are the steps\actions you took to get here?
What changes have you made in your instance prior to this occurring?
I am not sure if it will help but I would try clearing the instance cache, and also your browser cache.
If you require support from SNC PDI support team you should use the 'Send feedback' button at the bottom of the developer portal as the team no longer actively monitor this forum.

Hi, if you have a commercial arrangement with ServiceNow and they have provided you with an instance with name of 'https://testdemo.service-now.com' that I would recommend that you log a case with ServiceNow support for assistance in resolving your issue or engage your SNC account manager if you do not have a Support portal login.
Otherwise,
I am a little surprised to hear that you have been able to clone a Production ServiceNow instance to a PDI as I didn't not believe that this was possible.
Regarding 'https://testdemo.service-now.com' as the instance URL, this is not a valid PDI URL.
If you are unsure of your PDI URL you can find it via the 'Start building' link in your developer portal profile.
