Instance under maintenance for past few days and not able to access it.

Developer Instance is undergoing unscheduled maintenance. Get Notified when your PDI is available. I am seeing this message from past few days and my instance is offline .please help me with this issue.

There are high chances it will take more time or you will not get this back. If your work is urgent take a new instance.

Hi @servdevyounus ,

As you might know, there is no support available from ServiceNow in relation to PDIs, hence you're limited to two options.

Wait - It should come online after some time.
Release your instance and request a fresh installation.

Based on the information that you have provided, I would go with option 1 for some more time, especially if you have some development work that you haven't backed up.
