My instance has been offline and unable to wake up for ~2 weeks

Instance name dev150389, I have a lot of work saved up here that I'd hate to lose. Any suggestions besides release it?

Sorry to say , but chances are very less you will get same PDI again. Better to release this and take a new one and use RPA to take regular backup of your work.

No other option left now.

nop, if it has been offline for two weeks, then I don’t see any other solution than release and request a fresh installation. Remember always to backup your work, since this might happen from time to time.
