Not able to activate "ITSM Virtual Agent Conversations" plugin

Not able to activate "ITSM Virtual Agent Conversations" plugin on my PDI dev54248. Though it is available in the list of plugins.

I think it is not possible to activate this on PDI.

Please ensure you activate the Glide Virtual Agent plugin (id: com.glide.cs.chatbot) before activating this plugin.

This Glide record appears to be missing from my PDI? Am I missing something?

You can activate this plugin by logging into the developer portal and navigating to 'Manage > Instance > Action' and from the action drop down choose 'Activate a plugin', and then select the Glide Virtual Agent plugin.
