Not able to activate "ITSM Virtual Agent Conversations" plugin on my PDI dev54248. Though it is available in the list of plugins.

Please ensure you activate the Glide Virtual Agent plugin (id: com.glide.cs.chatbot) before activating this plugin.

Hi Abhinav, If you have connected Workativ Assistant with Servicenow, you can create conversational ai chatbot in 10mns and deploy it in your business chat channel. This chatbot has workflow automation features which auto-resolve helpdesk queries.
