AI Search is in requested state for more than a month

I tried to enable the AI Search in my PDI around a month before, but the status is still showing as 'Requested'. Can anyone provide the next steps for this issue?

unfortunately I don't see any chance. I've been waiting now for 2 years in vain.

My understanding is that anything AI related is not available on a PDI.

If you are a ServiceNow customer or a prospect, you can request the account executive to issue you an evaluation instance.

if you’re not, then you can enrol in the now learning courses for AI that allow you lab instances that have the AI components enabled. Cheers.

Hi, AI Search could not be, as of now, activated in PDI. I also experienced same challenge when tried to activate AI Search in non-Prod instance, ServiceNow support assisted me with activation after I raised a ticket to them.
