AI Search Not returning Incident results

I recently enabled AI Search and found that we have 1 incident on the open state that has the short description that contains "Mailer" This is not a stop word and i hit index all tables after i made changes yet no results are showing when i query that in the search box. Any suggestions would be helpful?
