I am trying to use the classification module in Predictive Intelligence to populate assignment group in the incident form, Can I auto populate or predict the field value with out saving the 'Form' ?
Yes, you can use a UI action button next to the assignment group field you'd like to predict and put the PI ML API code in the UI action. When the user clicks the button it will predict the field. Or you can use task intelligence for a no-code approach and it will auto-predict the fields.
