AI Search Results Routing to Incorrect Knowledge View

When using AI search for Knowledge in the ESC, results for knowledge matches are routed to:

esc?id=form&table=kb_knowledge&sys_id=

instead of the expected:

esc?id=kb_article&sys_id=

 

We have checked our AI Search Results Action Configuration and don't see anything that would point users there.

Any help correcting this issue would be appreciated. Thanks!

Here's what I did: In order to get the catalog and knowledge article forms to render correctly as service portal views (not =form&table), the AI Search Results Action Configurations were cloned from OOB and updated to work only  with the specific Portal (Per this SN Community article).  The Service Portal, AI Search Source and Action name are specific to the EVAM View Config Bundle>EVAM View Config Action Assignment M2MS>Declarative Actions for the Catalog, Knowledge and Catalog Genius Results.
