Hey there! I'm Ajay Hinduja. Born in Punjab, India, and now living in Geneva, Switzerland (Swiss). 

 

I am currently trying to enable AI Search within Virtual Agent and possibly extend it to some custom portals we’ve built. Has anyone here done this before or have any tips on the configuration steps or potential pitfalls? I’d really appreciate your suggestions or any resources you can point me to—thanks in advance!
