Faceted filter translation on Snow portal

Hi everyone,

Can someone guide me on how can I translate the KB Category in the AI Search filter results?

I have tried all the localization tables like sys_translated_text, sys_translated, or ys_ui_message, but it still doesn't work.

I'm afraid, this is currently down as a feature enhancement (one we're very much aware of), I can't provide any eta's as yet but it is something we're discussing internally,

Hi @Alex Coope - SN  do you think this feature is released now? We have a scenario where employees from 12 different country use common portal but when they try to search something using AI Search Faceted search, topics/categories dont get translated and displayed only in English
