GenAI and incident summary

I have a couple of questions regarding the GenAI Controller and GenAI functions/features that can be added to flows.   I viewed  Live Coding Happy Hour Aug 18 where did a demo of this, would like some more references and details.

1. Does the summarize incident action that can be added to a Flow work over all the Work Notes and Additional Comments and summarize the state of an incident or only on a specific text field like Short Description?

2. I assume the apps are needed to be downloaded on Vancouver to make this work.   There is a cost to this?

Many thanks in advance.

1 - You can pass input as any string not necessaryly short descirption or description, OpenAI will summarize it.

2 - To my knowledge, the pricing is from provider OpenAI - https://openai.com/pricing. The app itself is not paid - https://store.servicenow.com/sn_appstore_store.do#!/store/application/7cc4ec81533121106b38ddeeff7b12...

3 - The app has compatability from Tokyo Patch 9

Hi @VL10

1. You can ask the system to summarize anything that you want, usually it has to be something subjective for which the AI can respond to, you can also pass state but there is no context to it so you will not get anything of impact or value.

2.The plugins are available to be installed from stores and not available for PDIs, and yes it is paid so you will have to get entitlements to get this in your company instance, if you want to explore on the same, feel free to explore below nowlearning course:
