AI Search for Next Experience is not loading results

Hi,

I am working on getting AI Search for Next Experience enabled on our environment. When I enabled it, the screen says "loading" but never loads. Does anyone know what the issue could be?

I also noticed it says ~Undefined~ in the URL, which I believe is related.

Initially I would rule out a browser cache issue.  If you open new incognito window and run a search after logging in do you get the same results.

Hi Shamus, I am having the same issue. The Global search doesn't show any result. Are you still having same issue or have you solved it?
