Genius results not appearing for users but they are for me

Could anybody offer any suggestions or help me troubleshoot why my AI Genius results are appearing for me but not for any other user?  I am an Admin if that makes any difference to them appearing.

Hello Lisa,

To troubleshoot, I would recommend using the 'Search as' feature on the Search Preview, per documentation: "Use this control to see how content security affects search query results for specific user accounts."

Access the Search Preview by navigating AI Search > Preview > Search Preview. Search Preview is available as part of the Advanced AI Search Management Tools plugin.

I have found that the issue is that our facilities catalogue items are in the sc_cat_item_producer table as they are record producers.  

When I try to create an index for this table, the table isn't found.

The sc_cat_item_producer table should appear in the list of child tables for the Indexed Sources "Catalog Item Table."

You can view the child tables from AI Search Index > Indexed Sources then open Catalog Item Table.

I have the same issue but with KB Article of class FAQ.

Genius Results appears only for admin users
