Getting Configuration or Network Error in Document intelligence

I am trying to use Document Intelligence in my PDI but while processing it is giving Configuration or Network error and also not setting the Is processed field of Document Task to True.

No AI features are available on a PDI including DocIntel. You can only test in a demo or subprod instance.
