How can the task intelligence model only predict category and subcategory when channel is Email?

I have requirement where my trained task intelligence model should only predict category and subcategory if the case is created through Email (i.e Channel is Email).

When setting up the model, during the "Train your model" step, include the condition as "Channel" is "Email." This condition will ensure that your model is specifically trained to handle cases where the channel is email.
