I have recently completed the following courses in ServiceNow University:

1. Predictive Intelligence Implementation

2. Introduction to Agentic AI

3. What is Now Assist?

Now I’m a little confused about what I should learn next. There are many AI-related courses available in ServiceNow University.

Could someone please suggest a proper learning path or sequence for me?

I would like to learn ServiceNow AI from beginner to advanced, especially focusing on:

• Predictive Intelligence

• Generative AI

• Now Assist

• Agentic AI

• AI Agents

• Building/configuring AI Agents in ServiceNow
