Related Search Similar Articles (ML) search is not showing any results

Hi,

I was trying to leverage the 'Similar Articles (ML)' to search the duplicate articles.

For my surprise this was not showing any results. However when I was using the 'Search article' option, I could see the results. 

How can we fix this?

Please refer below screenshot.

Can you confirm that you have successfully trained the related Predictive Intelligence model? You should find it under Predictive Intelligence > Similarity Solutions.

I have the same issue. 

 

According to this article (Predictive Intelligence for Knowledge Management) , the plugins "com.snc.contextual_search_ml" and "com.snc.knowledge_ml" simply need to be installed for showing similar articles , which I did.

I researched more and also checked:

  • indexing, 
  • Search Contexts, 
  • Similarity Definitition, 
  • adjusted the Table configuration
  • Trained the Ml Solution (ml_solution) 
  • lowered the "Similarity Score Threshold" from 80 to 40 so also lower matches show, but still no results.

Any other idea?
