Yes. We have Predictive Intelligence that can categorize and route work based on how records have been handled in the past. We have also introduced Task Intelligence for ITSM or CSM, which provides a user-friendly UI to create, edit and deploy your models, and in addition, it enables you to monitor predictions, where the model starts predicting data in the background and doesn’t impact the Incident form.
