Unable to Search or Display Indexed Confluence Knowledge Base Articles via AI Search

Hello everyone,
I’m working on enabling authorized users to search Confluence knowledge base articles through AI Search in ServiceNow. Here’s what I’ve done so far:
- Installed the External Content Connector (sn_ext_conn) plugin.
- Configured the connection to Confluence and successfully indexed the content.
- Installed the required plugins for AI Search.
The issue:
Even though the indexing process completes without errors, I cannot search or display the indexed Confluence content in the AI Search interface.
Has anyone faced a similar issue? Do I need to configure additional steps (e.g., search profiles, content sources, permissions) to make the indexed content searchable and visible to users?
Any guidance or best practices would be greatly appreciated!
