Break tag appearing in translated text in ServicePortal comments

Hi, 

 

We have enabled translation in ServiceNow and have choosen Azure for translation services, in ServicePortal when the user clicks on translated button on the ServicePortal ticket form, the comments in swedish has <br> tags in them. 

 

Please advise

I'm just having a guess, does the original text come from an email? If so, the HTML could be the formatting introduced from the email editor,

The comment has <br> because the user has copied it from a webpage and pasted. But i have tried it in another in another incident, even when manually typed if space is given, the translate button is introducing a '<br>' tag

 

This is happening only in ServicePortal. Please advise further
