Localization Framework - Virutal Agent - Bot response: Multi Response

Hi there,

It seems that strings included in a Multi Response  bot response are not indexed by the LF VA artifact.

Is this already known?

Will that be fixed in any of the next rls?

thx

Hi @oip976,

Are you able to provide a bit more information with your question so that I fully understand what you mean?

Many thanks,

Hi @Alex Coope - SN ,

Sorry missed to upload the screenshot.

Multi repsonse is a bot response that can be added in VA designer.

However, in the comparison UI these strings are not reflected.

ok, so you would need to translate the entire set of VA topics into your target language, which you can do via the Localization Framework and can be set up to do that in Virtual Agent Designer (if you are using free text responses to tie to an NLU model, you may need to translate these also):

Many thanks,
Kind regards

LF is set up and working in our instance.

We have configured MS Azure as machine translation provider.

However, the text added to a multi-response bot response are not listed in the VA designer => Languages => comparison ui.
