Dynamic Translation toggle is off in SOW

Hi All,

we are migrating to SOW and observed that Dynamic Translation toggle on chat window is coming as false/disabled.

Earlier, we were on Agent Workspace and it is working absolutely fine fine.

Could you please help in confirming which configuration setting need to be updated to make it work for SOW.
