Dynamic Translation toggle is off in SOW

Hi All,
we are migrating to SOW and observed that Dynamic Translation toggle on chat window is coming as false/disabled.
Earlier, we were on Agent Workspace and it is working absolutely fine fine.
Could you please help in confirming which configuration setting need to be updated to make it active for SOW.

Hi @Bhuvan - thanks for your response!
But, Dynamic Translations are configured correctly and working fine. Problem is on migrating to SOW, Dynamic Translation toggle is coming as inactive by default. How to change that to active for all agents in SOW.

Check sn_dt_translator_configuration.LIST from application Navigator and validate your configuration
