How can we restrict agent chat dynamic translation toggle bar for only few queues

Hello,

 

I just want to know that the Dynamic translation globe icon in the live agent chat window is available for all the agents by default.

But is it possible to restrict this option to enable or disable the dynamic translation for only some queues?

And if yes, Pls let me know how can we do such configuration in which this option is visible to just some queue agents and not for all

Any inputs/suggestion is appreciated.

That is a good question, so currently it is configured at the Workspace level, where agents can choose to turn it on / off as they wish. So the short answer is no it's not possible to turn it off based on queue,

If you think this would be a useful feature, may I invite to raise an IDEA to see if others also agree, then I can raise it in an upcoming strategy meeting with the team,

Hi Alex,

Is there any specific configuration at workspace level to enable it or disable it across all live agents ? Though we disabled at conversational settings level for virtual agent -- backend system property name is here - sn_generative_ai.disable_dynamic_translation, we are seeing the toggle and globe icon still available for agents to turn it back on or off from their active chat window. Any thoughts on suggestions on this ?
